Scope Of Work

Built in 1916 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the former Model T showroom's original historic storefront, decorative brick and terra cotta were restored. The history of the building is expressed in the details. We removed and replaced brick, loose mortar, and old sealants to match the original. We carefully removed the deteriorated, unstable backup masonry and rebuilt it with new brick or salvaged units to mirror the original design, keeping it historically accurate.
