Scope Of Work
In 2012, Breiholz was selected for Valley Community Center for the Valley Evangelical Free Church in West Des Moines. This project included a gymnasium that houses two regulation size basketball courts, approximately 16,000 sq ft of space. The reaming 12,000 sq ft of space consisted of a childcare center, a teen entertainment area, coffee shop, administrative offices, a catering kitchen, and restrooms. An outdoor patio is located on the east side of the building.
