Scope Of Work
The Shoppes on Dean was collaborative shopping center construction & redevelopment project with the City of Englewood, resulting in the design-build of a 50,000 square foot two-story retail center and 94,000 square foot parking garage. The retail exteriors were designed to blend with and complement the buildings in the surrounding area.
