Scope Of Work
This is the renovation of shell space to create a new 4,000 SF MRI Suite. There are extensive upgrades to the Mechanical and Electrical services to the area and ANF Group will coordinate all the work on the first floor, below the space, to add these services without disruption to the hospital’s users. The new suite includes an MRI, Control Room, Holding Area, and Sub Waiting Area. Our scope of work includes new finishes, RF shielding, and new MEP services, including the installation of the chiller for the MRI equipment. The space is on the second floor and the installation of the Owner Furnished equipment will be coordinated by ANF Group.
