Scope Of Work

Central Energy Plant & Medical Tank Gas Tank Farm
This project consisted of the new construction of a 21,175 sq.ft. addition to the existing Central Energy Plant and new Medical Gas Tank Farm. The work consisted of site work, selective demolition, concrete/psi joist structure, infill masonry exterior with a stucco finish, miscellaneous metals, finish carpentry, doors, overhead doors, interiors, fire sprinkler, mechanical, plumbing, fuel oil piping, electrical. It was done in several phases so that the new mechanical equipment can be installed prior to the relocation of any existing pieces of
equipment. The two projects were built simultaneously.

The equipment in the Central Plant included two new 2.000 kw generators, three new 12,000 gallon, underground fuel storage tanks and two new 600 ton cooling towers.
