Scope Of Work
Medical Office Building Shell and Interiors
This project included the construction of a new Medical Office Building and it’s interiors at Memorial Hospital Miramar. The 4-story Medical Office Building, or MOB, was over 120,000 SF and was primarily constructed of concrete columns, non load bearing masonry walls, beams, pre-cast joists and soffit beams.
The MOB was attached to the Hospital through a “connector” building that was part of the scope as well. In addition to the “connector” building, a rather large Porte Cochere was built on the southern entrance and a 5-story accent tower was added on the north end. Within the new building itself, a state of the art pharmacy, the Hospital’s administrative offices (12,000SF), a small café, and several tenant build-outs were constructed.
