Scope Of Work

This project is a new construction of approximately 61,500 square feet. 4-story building including Offices, Clinical Area and Parking Garage. This project will feature a Veritas radiation shielded treatment room designed to house a state-of-the-art linear accelerator. Located within the 15,520 SF Clinic Expansion, the shielded room will be constructed using stackable ultra-high density VeriShield blocks and will include a groundbreaking Veritas ShieldTech entry door and modular interior finishes. The Veritas interior package includes everything needed to complete the room (except machine and machine-related utilities, systems and software

This project will also integrate a 45,975 SF Parking Garage which will expand throughout all 4 floors and consist of 78 spaces. From the ground up, ANF Group is excited to work on this project and add this beautiful building to the Miami Landscape.
