Scope Of Work
Poettker Construction has collaborated with Planet Fitness as the construction manager for three health fitness clubs located throughout the St. Louis Metro East area.
The Edwardsville, Illinois, location features a new 31,020 SF, two-story health club. This is the largest and most well-equipped Planet Fitness in the region.
Construction for the Crestwood and Shrewsbury, Missouri, locations consisted of converting vacant retail stores into new fitness centers.
Amenities of the facilities include fitness areas with 125 pieces of cardio equipment minimum; separate fitness circuit areas for strength machines, an MTS circuit, 30-minute Express Circuit and 12-minute Abs Circuit; tanning units; massage chairs; hydro-massage beds; and spa-inspired locker areas.
