Scope Of Work
Single three story wood frame building of Type VB construction. The building is approximately 18,000 sf and consists of 30 studio apartments along with supportive management and resident spaces at the ground floor and typical utility spaces for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. Site amentities consist of 10 parking spaces along with a small resident kiosk and secured bicycle parking. The site was developed adjacent to a heavy industrial and provides housing and support for Vancouver’s homeless population.
