Scope Of Work

Marian Manor East Estates; an independent living facility built to serve the area residents of Glen Ullin and the affordable senior housing demands of Western North Dakota. New construction performed on Marian Manor generated 10 additional housing units for elderly residents of North Dakota, with the total square footage of 11,700 square feet, not including the Recreation Room. The Recreation Room added an opportunity for the residents to bond, designing a brightly lit yet comforting room, which is easily accessible for the entire facility. Built in to the Recreation Room was custom-designed skylights to provide endless quantities of natural light to the operation. 

The manor was an excellent opportunity to assist in serving the Glen Ullin community, and by building an addition on the manor, we were able to secure homes for a number of elderly members of the community for years to come.
