H Street Mixed Use Project is an eight story mixed-use building with 419 stylish residential units above 54,000 square feet of street front retail. Below ground parking includes 435 underground structured parking spaces. Just north of the U.S. Capitol, the 1.5 mile corridor where this building resides has greater than $1 Billion in development underway and is on the DC Streetcar route.
