Flexible and Aggressive Project Management
Flexible and aggressive project management was needed for this 32,000 square foot gut and fit-up project for a new tenant. It was substantially completed in only 8 weeks. Major demolition, custom conference and training rooms, work on existing and new utilities, custom finishes, fixtures, operable partitions, wet bar, round rooms and a picturesque reception area made this an interesting, challenging and rewarding project.
