Scope Of Work
J&S a 7,454 square-foot buildout for Valor Healthcare, Inc. buildout was located within an existing at a center Columbia, Tenn. buildout consisted demolition existing from previous tenants.
floor was cut patched to run sewer lines for new examination sinks restrooms. J&S constructed metal stud walls which included insulation sheetrock on each side. existing sprinkler system was modified to cover new layout.
Existing support columns also had to be relocated to facilitate new layout.
Cabinets, acoustical ceilings floor finishes were included, as well as hollow metal frames pre-finished solid core doors. A 400-amp electrical was installed for lighting receptacles. Category five cabling was installed from each exam room/administration to ’s IT room. A nurse call system was also installed for each restroom, mental help therapy/group therapy rooms.
The existing HVAC system was reused duct was remodeled added to condition each room. All sinks were stainless steel bathrooms were constructed to be handicap accessible. also included laboratories, blood draw a teleretinal screening room.
