Scope Of Work

 Upper Cumberland’s first extended-stay hotel,  TownePlace Suites by Marriott, is a new 56,107 square-foot, 92-suite hotel, located at 1250 Sams St.,  Cookeville.

  includes a 3,100 square-foot lobby with a variety  communal  – a 279 square-foot conference room that can accommodate up to 40 , guest laundry, breakfast buffet, a 24-hour market  coffee ,  large state---art fitness room.

  displays a new prototypical, contemporary architectural style with exterior features comprised  EIFS, fiber cement siding  a roof combination of EPDM  single-sloped metal panels. An organic stone courtyard  with fire pit, three gas grilling stations, pergola seating, lagoon style pool  cornhole court also compliment  .

Designed with  needs  an extended-stay guest  mind,  92 all-suite rooms provide all  comforts  home – including indulgent bedding, a large flat screen television, a full kitchen, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven  microwave – all while exuding a sleek, modern feel displayed in touches throughout each suite. Full kitchens boast stainless steel appliances  granite countertops, while adjustable  spaces with built- shelves  lighting provide guests ample room to  or study.

Guests can also choose studio  one-bedroom suites which also come with fully equipped kitchens, as well as separate living/working  sleeping .

This is J&S ’s second hotel   Cookeville,  first being  neighboring 45,000 square-foot Fairfield Inn & Suites which was   2008.
