Scope Of Work

A 10,000 square-foot, custom home nestled  a narrow valley   Upper Cumberland that features a custom designed space with five large bedrooms, four full bathrooms and a family room that boasts a 30-foot-high ceiling and an intimate sitting . 

 use  rustic finishes  excellent craftsmanship throughout  interior  exterior, including repurposed barn wood, provides a smooth transition  a compelling visual impact.

 home also contains five fireplaces, large custom wood beams in  family room  master bedroom,  large floor-to-ceiling windows in  great room that overlook a picturesque view  a wooded valley. Custom maple cabinets  granite countertops are used throughout  house, including in  spacious kitchen, pantry  separate drink station .

A large custom mudroom for personal storage was built adjacent to a large utility room which also contains additional storage  closet  plus direct access to  master closet. These storage  were incorporated including a mix  new  old materials handpicked by  .

 1,500 square-foot composite decking at  rear   home was constructed specifically for entertaining /or relaxing amongst  beautiful scenery.
