Scope Of Work
A 5,144 square-foot custom home built just south Sparta, Tenn., Van Buren County. riverfront was designed with more than 3,200 square feet living two levels. A large wrap around front porch a sizeable rear porch provide more than 1,000 square feet outside living for family. addition, homeowners wanted a upper level balcony, as well as a large over-sized, two-car garage.
home also includes granite countertops, custom cabinets throughout, three large window seats, a custom fireplace with built-ins a master suite. master ensuite bathroom has a free-standing tub, a large walk-in shower, his and her walk-in closets and a large dual sink vanity with vessel sinks.
Multiple double-glazed, low-e, -efficient windows are used throughout to provide views to river behind residence, as well as rolling hills in front house.
A natural gas powered generator was incorporated within electrical system to ensure heat electricity during power outages, an important feature to homeowners. Other details including synthetic decking , a low maintenance exterior custom trim were installed around all doors windows.
