Scope Of Work
DaVita HealthCare , Inc. contracted J&S to a 5,800 square-foot buildout for DaVita’s newest Cookeville dialysis center, located at Freedom Plaza administrative off of Foreman Drive.
center includes a waiting room, reception , three administrative offices, conference room, employee break room, a treatment floor with capacity to simultaneously treat up to 12 patients.
waiting room features DaVita’s signature “regional wall” which showcases locally-sourced brick facade custom millwork that displays a 40” HDTV a recessed electric fireplace.
Each 12 treatment stations has a reclining chair as well as an arm-mounted TV to give patient most comfortable experience possible. finishes include Corian® solid surface sinks, hands-free faucets, natural wood-look vinyl flooring and dimmable LED pendant lights.
Security features include an intercom/doorbell system for all delivery personnel, touchscreen keypad locks and a remote-controlled motorized door opener so can allow patient access to treatment .
This was July 2016 was first contract between J&S DaVita.
