Scope Of Work
J&S was hired by U.S. Fish & Wildlife, Cameron Parish Revitalization because our ability to self perform large parts contract along with our vast experience fast track design-build .
This 42,612 square-foot included design-build complexes consisting maintenance buildings, storage , boat storage, visitor centers, bunk house, fire hall, renovation existing new .
Cameron Parish Revitalization included four sites covering two states: Cameron Prairie Headquarters (Bell City, La.), Sabine Refuge (Hackberry, La.), Natchitoches Wildlife Refuge (Natchitoches, Miss.) Lacassine National Wildlife Refuge (Mulberry, La.)
J&S provided overall , scheduling coordination overall design . Additionally, J&S, being PRIME, performed 75 percent this contract with its forces, including steel erection, utilities layout.
J&S was awarded $9 million contract June 2006, with completion date being scheduled for March 2009.
