Scope Of Work

Phase I renovations are  at Aphena Pharma Solutions’ new Cookeville  located at  former Russell Stover Chocolates fulfillment center on Chocolate Drive.  500,000 square-foot renovation  has allowed Aphena to consolidate two  its three Putnam County  into one, up-to-date  while also accommodating future growth   biologic packaging, cold chain storage,  3PL distribution .

J&S  coordinated with     Aphena, an industry-leading  that provides contract packaging  manufacturing solutions for  pharmaceutical, consumer   medical device markets, to customize alterations  a dormant  that was purpose-built for Russell Stovers’ manufacturing  packaging .

J&S  was brought to  table early   process  contracted with both  landlord and tenant to help coordinate both DESIGN and RENOVATION  their respective spaces. Having the design   for both parties under one roof enabled   to have an abbreviated , reduced cost,  gave increased flexibility for  landlord and tenant to make profitable changes as   proceeded.

Nearly vacant for more than 15 years,  manufacturing plant was successfully transformed into a world-class, global headquarters that now includes elegant  suites, conference rooms, a human resource extension, sizable training room, ample administrative space, 3,000 square feet  break room ,  a beautifully-landscaped outdoor courtyard . Fully-functioning packaging suites were also integrated into  renovated production space that consist   internal infrastructure required to ensure full-capacity, clean room space .

J&S  was also responsible for grading  new employee parking lot; interior  exterior demolition; re-sealing portions   existing employee parking lot  additional asphalt paving; interior polished concrete throughout warehouse; new brick veneer on portions  exterior  additional exterior façade upgrades  Nichia Panel at  new  entrance;  new cabinets/countertops for restrooms  kitchen/breakroom.
