Scope Of Work
VCC worked with Ford Land, the real estate arm of Ford Motor Company, on a brownfield redevelopment of an old clay mine landfill previously used by the automaker. Fairlane Green is the largest landfill redevelopment project in Michigan and the largest in the country for retail use. In July 2006 this project was granted a Gold LEED certification by the USGBC.
