Scope Of Work
The signature quality of the Pinnacle Hills Promenade is its beautiful array of architectural styles within an open-air shopping environment. At the time of construction, the mall was an exemplar for outdoor shopping designs throughout the country. The mall supports the surrounding community as a popular social theatre with a large selection of retail outlets, offices, restaurants, a movie theater and a unique food court.
At nearly one million square feet, there are approximately five different architectural styles within one stretch of one hundred feet of building façade. As such construction materials and types were organized per building style and latent design changes were met successfully without extending the opening date.
