Scope Of Work
The Carol and Frank Morsani Center for Advanced Healthcare combines world-class health care with a state-of-the-art building designed to facilitates learning in health teams. USF invested more than $105 million from various funding sources to start develop of two world class facilities. This state-of-the-art facility on the USF campus is seven-stories, 208,115 Square feet.
BCH was the HVAC contractor and the scope included seven York custom chilled water air handlers with heat pipes located in the penthouse, Phoenix air valves in the lab spaces, and full digital controls.
