Scope Of Work
When Premier Beverage Company’s business grew too large for their current facility, it turned to R. R. Simmons to design and build a new facility for them. The new warehouse facility is designed to control the distribution of Premier’s products by use of a complex, automated material handling system. Inside the warehouse, a 60,000 SF enclosed and air conditioned space will be built specifically for wine storage. The project also includes a 3-story office area. To accommodate expected
further growth, the building is designed to be expandable.
BCH has been selected to install the HVAC and Plumbing for this project. The HVAC work includes the main chiller plant for the facility, exhaust fans and air rotation units for the wine storage area. A fully ventilated warehouse includes large roof fans and louvers. The plumbing includes all sanitary vent and waste piping, storm piping, domestic water, fixtures and drains.
