Scope Of Work
The Idlewild Baptist Church was a new construction project that sits on a 145-acre site in North Tampa. Idlewild is one of Florida’s largest worship centers. The new facility includes a auditorium that holds over 5,000 people as well as a voice choir and orchestra section. There is also a welcome center lobby that has a bookstore , café, and child care center.
This 441,700 square foot, 2,000 ton system included the installation of cooling towers, water cooled chillers, chilled water air handling, and fan coil units. Rooftop air conditioning units and roof mounted exhaust fans were also installed.
