Scope Of Work
DFS provided an assessment of the status of construction being performed by the general contractor hired to expand and renovate Kettering Hall. The College chose to replace them with a new contractor. DFS provided On-Site support during the transition, secured the asset, negotiated subcontract settlements, worked to replace the G.C., resolved construction deficiencies, constructibility problems, and assisted the College in developing a recovery plan, including litigation support.
