Scope Of Work
Perform site demolition, excavate and backfill for slab on grade building and foundation. Furnish and install drainage system, underground drain storage, CB’s, MH’s and Piping, furnish and install parking lot and roof drainage. Furnish and install sewer line from Broad St, value engineered sewer for owner cost savings. Install 2” domestic water and 6” sprinkler line. Furnish and install transformer pad, bollards, duct banks, and site lighting. Furnish and install concrete curbing, granite curbing, and porus concrete sidewalk placement and porus paving parking areas. Install soccer field with water service for irrigation, and side street reconstruction/overlay.
