Scope Of Work
Under the leadership the Heritage Foundation and contracted through Balfour Beatty, W.C. Spratt laid the foundation for a 50,000 square foot expansion the National Museum the Marine Corps in Quantico. Our scope work included removing 60,000 cubic yards earth bunker behind the existing museum. We used this material as fill for a drive entrance and parking lot and also installed several bio-retention ponds and a mile site utilities.
