Scope Of Work
This is a Design/Build project. Southwood provided all labor, services, material and equipment necessary to engineer, permit and construct a new cement distribution terminal.
Work included concrete piles, heavy structural concrete, site improvements, pre-engineered buildings, storage silos, cement distribution equipment, electrical and controls.
Site improvements included: 1500lf 15”-48” storm sewer, 900lf gravity sanitary sewer, 900lf 12” water main, Erosion and sediment control requirements including detention basin, construction for railroad spur, curb and gutter, concrete paving and fine grade and seeding.
