Scope Of Work
Project included construction of 7 swimming pools, 4 fountains and 4 spas. The Fontainebleau project was over 40,000 sq. ft in just swimming pools, which entails an intricate recirculation of plumbing and equipment. Men's and Women's spa includes 1 co-ed therapy pool, 3 reflection pools, Men and Womens water feature, exterior fountain and the co-ed "Spa Experience."
The scope of work for pool 2 (main pool): Perimeter - 614 LF; Capacity - 303,000 Gallons of water; Surface Area - 10,298 sq. ft; 2,100 points of fiber optics and approximately 10,000 fibers used which runs throughout the floor of the pool. The Fontainebleau Main Pool is one of the longest pools in Florida.
The Ultra Lounge Pool ("C" shaped pool) is 315 LF., has 68,472 gallons of water and a surface area of 2,441 sq.ft. This pool is a combination of a wet edge and infinity edge swimming pool with a conversation area in the center.
The Plunge Pool is 138 LF, is 804 sq. ft and holds 20,622 gallons of water. This pool is a combination wet edge/infinity edge.
Kiddie pool is a freeform wet edge pool with zero entry (beach entry), which includes a waterslide and an interactive water feature.
