Scope Of Work
This project included the clearing, grubbing and sitework package for the expansion of Northrop Grumman’s Center of Excellence Campus located in Melbourne, FL. This project included the complete sitework infrastructure for the project. The total size of the project is approximately 60 acres and includes the underground utility construction, storm sewer system with pipe ranging in size from 12” to 60”, striping & signage, roadway and parking lot construction, three wet-retention ponds and dry retention ponds and swales with high-percolation sand. Sixty-seven percent of the work was constructed while maintaining employee access through the site and during the construction of three new office buildings over a ten-month period. This project is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2018.
