Scope Of Work
Project consisted of renovation of 17,000 sf of Long 13th Floor and 4200 sf of Moffitt 13th floor. Lescure Company completed the Plumbing and Medical Gas phases of the project. Among the difficulties faced were little to no lay down area, no parking, tough access from just one elevator that was also used by the hospital, and deliveries restricted to between midnight and 5 AM. Any work in the 12th floor ceiling could only be done 1-2 rooms at a time, extending mobilizations.
