Scope Of Work
This project is a new three story, slab on grade laboratory with food service located on the first floor. There was a large amount of lab waste and grease waste below the slab. Compressed Dry Air was brought over from the existing building to be utilized in the new project. The scope also included moving two auto claves, one glass washer and one steam generator from their existing facility in Alameda and reusing in the new facility.
