Scope Of Work

Lescure Company’s single largest project at the time, it required a full time on site administrative staff and extensive detailing capabilities. We were awarded the Plumbing and Wetside Heating for the Hospital, and the Plumbing for the Central Plant. The key element in the successful completion of such a complex project was the detailing and coordination effort spent, at one time reaching ten detailers.

Another key component was the pre-purchase of raw materials to offset the rampant escalation occurring during the construction period. Cast iron and copper pricing was so volatile wholesalers were not guaranteeing their pricing beyond a few days. Lescure Company’s vast experience in this industry, and its ability to adapt to the changing construction climate, ensured another successful project.
