Scope Of Work

Located only minutes from the Gulf Beaches, Seaglass Bonita Bay is a new, 26-floor residential highrise being developed by The Ronto Group in the community of Southwest Florida. The general contractor on this project is a joint venture between BCBE / Stiles. This luxury highrise will be comprised of 120 units and is slated for completion in the Summer of 2018. Preferred is providing 35,000 cubic yards of structural concrete to our client Liberty Conshor and 6,500 cubic yards of augercast piling grout for HJ Foundation. Concrete strengths range from 3000 to 8000 psi and requires extensive use of super plasticizer for enhanced performance and easier concrete placement. Preferred is also providing 330,00 units of concrete block and 22,000 bags of premix mortar.
