Scope Of Work

Moorings Park at Grey Oaks, located in Naples, Florida, is an all-inclusive continuing care retirement community which includes 96 residences in 12 five-story buildings utilizing Mediterranean-inspired architecture. CC Homes was the developer on the project and the general contractor was Kaufman Lynn Construction. Preferred Materials provided a total of 23,000 cubic yards of ready-mixed concrete and over 500,000 blocks to the structural sub-contractor, Commercial Concrete Systems, Inc., for the project.  A variety of concrete mixes were provided, including our custom FormReady™ mix for the columns and a plasticized 5000 psi mix for the elevated decks.
