Scope Of Work
Preferred Materials provided 1,740 cubic yards of concrete for the ground slab of the LeeSar warehouse expansion in Fort Myers, FL. The General Contractor was Deangelis Diamond Construction and the concrete subcontractor was Commercial Concrete Systems both based out of Naples, FL. Preferred delivered the concrete to the jobsite where Commercial Concrete Systems utilized two boom pumps and 2 laser screeds to place 250 cubic yards per hour.
