Scope Of Work
Avella Apartments developed by Western National Contractors on Behalf of The Irvine Company. This project sits in the heart of Orange County off Sand Canyon Rd. and the I-5 interstate in Irvine, CA. This project is a slab on grade apartment community with high-end amenities and several phases built over the course of 2+ years of construction. Caliber constructed over 2,000 linear feet of concrete curb, curb and gutter, v-ditch, and zero curb. Caliber paving also paved over 200,000 square feet of rock base and asphalt throughout the community. After the project was completed we seal coated and striped the entire community. This project had every aspect of our business included and is one of our largest projects to date for the company.
