Scope Of Work
We completed a contact clean and seal of the supply plenum from the unit to the first damper of Air Handle Unit 17 serving the bar area of the resturant in the hotel. Our services included the following:
- AHU Cleaning & Sealing Includes: Hand contact HEPA vacuum cleaning the interior surfaces, the blower fan, and thoroughly wet cleaning the cooling coils with an EPA approved coil cleaner. Then we would coat the interior AHU housing with an industry approved encapsulant to coat the internal surfaces from the inside.
- Encapsulating the Ductwork Includes: Spraying the internal surfaces of the supply air and return air ductwork with an industry approved encapsulant to coat the internal surfaces from the inside. Coating the internal surfaces will only be performed once ductwork has been thoroughly cleaned.
