Scope Of Work

For over a decade PM Construction Services and Main Street Radiology of Queens, NY have fostered a genuine, professional working relationship of trust and confidence that has grown to benefit both companies. We recently completed a full interior renovation of the entire 4th floor of their facility in Flushing, NY. PM Construction worked directly with the design team to help identify the various site conditions and obstacles that made this project so very challenging. PM assisted in developing workarounds and phasing that had the least impact to the currently occupied floor below. The floor below had a tremendously high volume of patients and was the home to very sensitive imaging equipment. The project was completed within budget and ahead of the required schedule.

During construction staff and patients continued to occupy the building which remained in full use. It was crucial for us to make sure that none of the construction activities caused disruption. This was achieved by using keen judgement and constant communication with the staff and also our team of subcontractors and tradesmen alike.
