Scope Of Work
Through the use of Knoll Inc.’s federal GSA government contracts, Creative furnished the Oak Creek Police Department’s new facility with Knoll Reff systems furniture. We were able to offer GSA pricing on furnishings for the majority of the building, which included: the Chief’s and Captains’ private offices; work stations for the detectives, lieutenants and administrative personnel; courtroom; break room; and seating, with special 24/7 seating for Dispatch.
This opportunity eliminated the need for a bidding process and allowed the client to purchase a high quality product at the lowest possible price from one vendor. In the past, government has always bought low price. They are now able to buy best value, which was reflected in this project.
