Scope Of Work
Petroleum Club of Houston is a prestigious, high end private club located in the heart of downtown. This space includes an impressive 9,000 square foot commercial kitchen, conference rooms, meeting rooms, ball rooms and dining and service areas. The project included extensive mechanical and electrical upgrades including relocations to allow for higher than normal ceiling heights. Finishes included fabric panels, false skylights made of backlit Onyx LED panels, coffered wood ceilings, wood floors and fabric ceilings. The full service bar includes an upgraded ventilation system to allow for cigar smoking while maintaining air quality throughout the space.
