Scope Of Work
• Complete 25,000SF retrofi t of the 3rd fl oor of this class A offi ce building for this insurance and fi nancial software company. • Complete refurbishment and redesign of the men’s and ladies restrooms using granite tops, tile fl oors, partitioned stalls with louvered doors and including new showers. • Included design build mechanical, electrical and plumbing. • Custom millwork throughout. • Custom aluminum framed fl oor to ceiling window walls for various conference rooms, board rooms and offi ces.
