Scope of Work: Plumbing
This three-phase project was completed on an operating justice campus. The first phase involved construction of a three-pod, 288-jail cell addition and security upgrades to an existing jail. Phase two involved construction of a 100-bed, 63,000 sq-ft juvenile detention facility. Phase three included construction of 12 new courtroom facilities and an addition to the jail. The new court facility is approximately 151,000 sq-ft and the jail addition was 81,000 sq-ft.
