Project Description: 888 S. Hope Street, the future site of a high-rise apartment building in Downtown Los Angeles. The project, known as the Grand Hope Lofts, will include 526 residential units and approximately 6,200 square feet of ground-level commercial space.
The first phase of the development, is an eight-level parking structure with an added ninth-level that will accommodate such amenities as pool, green space, athletics, dog run, etc. located immediately north of the tower site along Hope Street. Crews are building out the garage’s 5,000-square-foot ground-level retail space. Designed by RTKL, the space portrays a contemporary glass-and-steel design.
