Scope Of Work
Consisted of one 3-story office building (approximately 42,000 square feet) with more than 180 workstations and approximately 4,000 square feet lab space. Office areas consisted of workstations and multiple conference/huddle rooms and a 2,500-square-foot break room facility.
Building 1: Approximately 7,500-square-foot metal building; 35-foot height to house process lines and research; 90% will have a mezzanine level.
Building 2: Approximately 25,000-square-foot metal building; 40-foot height to house the research and process facility.
Renovation of the majority of the existing 62,500 square feet of the adjacent research facility.
