Scope Of Work
This building was less than one year old and they were quickly approaching summer months and knew the heat was going to be unbearable so they had to act fast. This three story, class A office building, made up of 1,220 windows and 16,000 square feet of clear glass became excruciatingly hot and disruptive to employees. Building managers knew they were in trouble within three months of moving into the building and adding two additional air conditioning units to offices/conference rooms to try and cool them, with no success. 3M Night Vision 15 offered an estimated savings throughout life expectancy of $100,000+.
