Merit Construction Northwest provided full team-build services for this remodel and renovation of an existing 45,000 SF building. 15,000 SF of the warehouse was converted to new office space and 15,000 SF of existing offices were remodeled and converted into conference rooms, an employee lounge and a dental office display area. This project required a seven-phase schedule coordinated to the day for moving the owner’s equipment and personnel to new locations in the building while maintaining on-going operations. The completed project enabled the client to display the most current dental technology and designs while enhancing the appearance of their existing offices.
