Scope Of Work
New 150,000 square foot corporate headquarters for the Glenhaven Corporation Banfield Pet Hospital contains offices, a two-story atrium, community spaces, a cafeteria with a full kitchen, meeting rooms and a 75,000 square foot parking garage. The facility houses state-of-the-art IT services for over 600 veterinary clinics and hospitals worldwide and features a fully equipped clinic environment used for training that replicates those used in their clinics, complete with laboratory, exam tables, medical trays and equipment. The project was named to the list of the “Top 20 Projects for 2005” by the Daily Journal of Commerce. The construction project met the goals and objectives of PDC’s MWESB Workforce Hiring and Training Programs for 2004-2005.
