Scope Of Work
Located in downtown San Diego's DiamondView Tower, DPR expanded Houzz's office space to include an additional floor and added a grand staircase to connect the two floors.
The project was executed in three phases to allow for a smooth transition for Houzz employees, while addressing immediate growth needs and long term development. The project scope consisted of creating an open office space, conference facilities, a training room, a small cafe, and a rooftop deck with a lounge area overlooking Petco Park, home of the San Diego Padres. The fifth floor tenant improvement was completed in occupied space which allowed Houzz employees to continue to work throughout the project duration.
