Scope Of Work
The Cymer café and kitchen renovation/expansion project included the construction of a new cafeteria, servery, and dining area with an outdoor dining patio and multi-purpose area. Executing the duration of the project in an occupied space, the project consisted of a 4,000-sq.-ft. renovation and 6,400-sq.-ft. of building expansion to Cymer’s existing facility. DPR self-performed the structural concrete, as well as the framing and drywall.
One major challenge on the project was the minimal laydown space available. However, with extensive planning and organization, DPR's Special Services Group was able to complete to overcome the challenge and complete the renovation in eight months.
